Job Requirements
- Successful background screening including criminal background check
- Review of motor vehicle records
- Verification of social security number
Job Qualifications
- Available to work 8am to 5pm every other Saturday
- Ability to effectively communicate customer interests, needs and requests to management and other personnel
- Professional appearance
Job Duties
- Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers
- make correct change and issue receipts
- Operate switchboard telephone system by answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department
- strive to minimize hold time
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate department for resolution
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with customers and fellow employees
- Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed
