Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in sanitation or cleaning roles
- ability to operate various cleaning equipment
- ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- ability to work evening shifts
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work in cold and wet environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience working in sanitation, ideally with food or mechanical equipment
- conscientious and detail oriented
- strong work ethic and reliability
- team player with good communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize processing utensils, equipment, and interiors of production areas
- disassemble, clean, and sanitize any required equipment using established procedures
- operate cleaning and sanitizing equipment such as foamers, pressure washers, hoses, and floor scrubbers
- mix and/or use chemicals of proper concentrations to ensure effective cleaning and sanitation
- clean common areas, restrooms, and dressing rooms
- empty waste bins/barrels and transport trash to disposal areas
- follow quality management standards, policies, and procedures
