Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- minimum 1-year retail or customer service experience preferred
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- pass a background check
- pass an alcohol, controlled substance, and illegal drug screen
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- comply with all company policies including attendance, safety regulations, and harassment guidelines

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests in selection and purchase of merchandise
- resolve guest issues effectively
- keep supervisor informed of product, guest, and/or personnel issues
- monitor and approve guest returns in accordance with retail policies
- monitor associates guest service levels and provide feedback as needed
- utilize GUESTS program when interacting with guests on sales floor or phone and when handling guest owned jewelry
- prepare and review supply orders from the JAC warehouse and other purchasing channels
- perform leadership responsibilities for store opening and closing duties
