Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative and/or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Ability to use a computer and sales software
- Ability to display a passion for the aesthetics industry
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed by the business

Job Duties
- Actively engage with the clinic team to promote collaboration and drive sales growth
- Enhance client experience by establishing personal connections and ensuring satisfaction
- Cultivate lasting relationships to foster client loyalty
- Initiate conversations about upsell opportunities and collect client feedback
- Complete clinic operational tasks efficiently with minimal direction
- Answer incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain client records
- Assist medical staff with cleaning treatment rooms and escort clients to their rooms
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to support objectives
