- administrative or sales experience preferred
- exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- ability to work well in a team environment
- ability to maintain highly confidential information
- ability to use a computer and sales software
- passion for the aesthetics industry
- willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed

Job Duties
- Engage with clinic team to promote collaboration and drive sales growth
- Enhance client experience by establishing personal connections and ensuring satisfaction
- Cultivate lasting client relationships to encourage engagement and loyalty
- Initiate conversations about upsell opportunities and gather client feedback
- Complete clinic operational tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain client records
- Assist with cleaning treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
