- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed

Job Duties
- Engage with clients to promote a culture of collaboration and drive sales growth
- Enhance client experience by establishing personal connections and ensuring satisfaction
- Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships to encourage loyalty
- Initiate conversations about upsell opportunities and gather client feedback
- Complete clinic operational tasks efficiently and with minimal supervision
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain client records
- Assist medical staff by cleaning treatment rooms and escorting clients
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational objectives
