- Administrative and/or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Ability to use a computer and sales software
- Passion for the aesthetics industry
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed

Job Duties
- Engage with clinic team to promote collaboration and drive sales growth
- Enhance client experience by establishing personal connections and ensuring satisfaction
- Cultivate and nurture lasting client relationships throughout their journey
- Initiate conversations about upsell opportunities and gather client feedback through reviews
- Complete clinic operational tasks efficiently with minimal direction
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain and update client records
- Assist with cleaning treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms
- Perform additional tasks assigned by leadership to support organizational objectives
