Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative and/or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Ability to use a computer and sales software
- Ability to display a passion for the aesthetics industry
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed by the business

Job Duties
- Engage with clinic team to promote collaboration and drive sales growth
- Enhance client experience by establishing personal connections and ensuring satisfaction
- Cultivate and nurture lasting client relationships fostering loyalty
- Initiate conversations about upsell opportunities and collect client feedback
- Complete clinic operational tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
- Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain client records
- Assist in cleaning treatment rooms and support client transitions to rooms
