- High school diploma or equivalent
- administrative and or sales experience preferred
- exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- works well in a team environment
- ability to maintain highly confidential information
- ability to use a computer and sales software
- ability to display a passion for the aesthetics industry
- willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed by the business

Job Duties
- Actively engage with the clinic team to promote a culture of collaboration and drive sales growth
- enhance each client's experience by establishing a personal connection ensuring their satisfaction
- cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with clients encouraging loyalty
- initiate conversations about upsell opportunities and gather client feedback
- efficiently complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
- answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain client records
- assist with cleaning treatment rooms and escort clients to their rooms
- perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership
