Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative and/or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Ability to use a computer and sales software
- Ability to display a passion for the aesthetics industry
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed

Job Duties
- Engage actively with the clinic team to promote a culture of collaboration and drive sales growth
- Enhance each client's experience by establishing personal connections and ensuring satisfaction
- Cultivate and nurture lasting client relationships to encourage ongoing loyalty
- Initiate conversations about upsell opportunities and gather client feedback through reviews
- Complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction
- Answer incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain and update client records
- Assist medical staff with treatment room cleaning and client support
