Job Duties

- Initiate conversations about upsell opportunities and gather client feedback
- Complete clinic operational tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
- Answer phone calls, schedule, confirm appointments, maintain client records
- Assist with cleaning treatment rooms and escort clients
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership
