Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills
- ability to lift and move moderate weights
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends

- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Greet all customers and assist in answering questions about merchandise and locating merchandising
- use the S.A.L.E.S process to help customers find everything on their lists
- complete all company and departmental paperwork accurately including price change bulletins, operation actions, red tags, and bin tags
- receive, open, and unpack cartons or crates of merchandise, check paperwork against items received, and replenish stock when necessary
- display and maintain merchandise on end caps, shelves, counters or tables following company plan-o-gram, build displays when necessary to attract customers and promote sales
- maintain on-hand integrity through inventory adjustment reports including cycle count and negative on-hand
- follow the nightly maintenance checklist to ensure proper store recovery and cleanliness
