Job Requirements
- Able to constantly work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
- Weekend availability is required
- Basic plant knowledge is valued but no required
- Previous cashier experience valued, but not required
- Previous retail experience valued, but not required

- Possess a positive and helpful attitude toward every guest and team member
- Able to communicate professionally at all times with guests and team members

- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient arithmetic and money computation skills
- Must to able to remain in a stationary position for majority of shift

Job Duties
- Provide each guest with exceptional customer service in a positive, helpful and engaging manner
- Properly identify and handle all items intended for purchase
- Process customer transactions and payments efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls in a pleasant manner and route call to the appropriate person
- Retail store upkeep - cleaning and stocking shelves
- Perform opening and/or closing register duties as scheduled
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
