Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Willingness to learn and improve sales skills
- Able to stand and walk for long periods
- Capable of kneeling, bending, twisting, climbing ladders, reaching, stooping, and lifting 25-50 pounds
- Dependable and energetic with a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills to handle transactions
Job Duties
- Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience
- Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers
- Ring up sales using computer systems and process cash and credit card payments
- Help restock the sales floor to maintain inventory levels
- Keep the store neat and clean to ensure a pleasant shopping environment
