Job Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • 2 years of sales experience required
  • 1 year of cold calling experience required
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 30-35 hours weekly
  • Must be available for daytime hours and flexible during high season
  • Ability to open the building as a key holder after training
  • This is an on-site role, not remote
  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Proven experience in outside sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships
  • Experience with social media marketing
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Contact public and private schools, churches, clubs, scouts, youth groups, and local businesses to organize special promotional events
  • Schedule fundraising activities, parties, and STEM field trips
  • Promote events through social media including Facebook and Instagram
  • Serve as a key holder responsible for opening the building after training
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth event operations
  • Utilize outside sales techniques to attract new clientele
  • Maintain organized records of scheduled events and sales activities
