Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have 1+ years of experience in food running or bussing preferred
- Must possess ServSafe certification
- Must have Food Handling training
- Alcohol training certifications required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations positively
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must have integrity and be dependable

Job Duties
- Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures
- Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Demonstrate commitment and integrity at all times - double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen/expediter/supervisors if they are not
- Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinepolis offerings if guests would like to order more items
- Clean auditoriums removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items
- Be of service to your team members and assist them when needed including scanning tickets for guests, cleaning and restroom checks, and ringing up guests at concessions or box office
- Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist
- Be cognizant of issues with movie projections - communicating with management when issues arise
- Complete all opening, mid and closing procedures including but not limited to other duties
- Acknowledge guests by Cinepolis standards
- Attend and participate in trainings and meetings
