Job Requirements

- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- No retail experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle different methods of payment accurately
- Execute point of sale and customer service standards based on company guidelines providing courteous, friendly, fast and efficient service
- Meet or exceed individual performance goals such as credit and loyalty sign-ups
- Support inventory accuracy through completion of all required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices
- Support the training process for new hires on the service team, teaching process best practices and proper point of sale procedures
- Participate in daily service processes such as register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies
- Act with integrity, honesty and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture
- Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset by anticipating customer needs and satisfactorily resolving issues
- Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
- Maintain adherence to company safety policies
- Receive and respond proactively to direction from supervisors and other company personnel
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
