Job Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Reside within 25 miles of designated location
- Reliable transportation and willing to travel within 25-mile radius
- Available to work weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays)
- Comfortable engaging with pet parents and store associates
- Physically able to lift 30 pounds and be on feet for up to 4 hours
- Have an active email account and access to a computer
- Smartphone preferred
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for pets and pet health
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
Job Duties
- Engage customers with Edgard & Cooper brand story and product benefits
- Recommend appropriate pet food based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer insights
- Participate in local events to promote brand awareness
- Assist in setting up and organizing in-store displays
- Provide excellent customer service and support store associates
- Stay informed on product updates and promotions
