Job Requirements
- Available for early morning shifts starting between 5am and 6am
- High school diploma preferred
- Retail sales experience a plus
- Strong computer skills

Job Duties
- Work merchandise processing during early morning or evenings based on schedule, unloading trucks, lifting boxes, merchandising products, climbing ladders, and working at a safe but fast pace
- Welcome and greet all customers either as host in the front entrance or throughout the store
- Connect with customers throughout the store suggesting solutions to their organizational challenges
- Design and sell custom closets and other storage and organization solutions
- Serve as a register person with strong focus on providing a great customer experience during check out
- Introduce and enroll customers in the rewards program
- Maintain the sales floor keeping shelves full and presented according to brand standards
- Support carryout to customers cars through curbside or parking lot/garages
- Assist with cleaning routines around the store including dusting, restrooms and vacuuming
- Process customers orders for curbside pick-up and delivery
- Organize the stockroom ensuring it is well-maintained to support selling efforts of the store
- Adhere to time expectations performing tasks with accuracy and timeliness while exhibiting pace and attention to detail
- Actively engage with customers to solve their organizational challenges
