Job Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers in locating items answering product questions and meeting their needs
- Manage a cash register efficiently processing customer transactions and suggesting additional products in compliance with state and local laws
- Ensure food safety standards are met for fresh food and deli offerings using various methods and technologies
- Maintain cleanliness in work area on the sales floor and in customer facilities including restrooms showers and gas diesel pumps as well as handling trash runs
- Be prepared to train in other departments like Restaurant Services Fresh Kitchen Facility Maintenance and take on leadership roles as needed
- Lift 25+ pounds and work in different temperature conditions
