Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school or G.E.D. graduate preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred
- Completion of three basic courses within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program
- Completion of basic food handling training and obtaining any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required
- Completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program for management members working with alcohol
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Requires regular and consistent attendance
- Has an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
- Provides excellent guest service
- Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
- Interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all ages, genders, and personalities
- Must be able to effectively and regularly converse in and comprehend English
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Ability to take and follow direction
- Responds with a sense of urgency
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to recruit, train, and lead others
- Must be able to resolve conflict
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Train and coach team members to serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Interact verbally with guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- Complete assigned administrative functions
- Ensure cash handling procedures are completed according to company and brand policy
- Manage service of alcohol according to all state and federal laws and regulations
- Conduct regular inventory and ordering as necessary
- Accept and audit deliveries
