Job Requirements

- CPR certification
- First aid certification
- Knowledge of recreation equipment
- Completion of all required certifications and training by local and state agencies
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects as described
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work part-time in a non-management capacity

Job Duties
- Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property
- Provide information to guests about pools, beach, entertainment zone, fitness center, and child activities center
- Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities
- Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
- Enforce rules and regulations of recreation facilities for safety
- Observe recreational activities and respond correctly to emergencies
- Provide cashier services at point of sale facilities
- Assist hosting private functions with group activities and events
- Maintain cleanliness of recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
- Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets
- Welcome guests, anticipate needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate professionally
- Process payments for rentals, recreation activities, and retail sales
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Visually inspect tools and equipment for defects
- Use computers and point of sale systems for information entry and location
- Stand, sit, walk for extended periods
- Move and lift objects weighing up to and over 25 pounds with assistance
- Navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and uneven surfaces
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
