- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience with general office procedures and equipment
- proficiency in MS Office and databases
- experience operating a multi-line phone system
- ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
- active valid driver’s license

- background in reception, security, or administrative support in an intermediate care facility
- general knowledge of security procedures
- former DCIS licensed private security certificate armed and unarmed
Job Duties
- Answering and directing calls on a multi-line phone system
- greeting and assisting visitors while answering general inquiries
- monitoring visitor activity and video surveillance systems
- issuing visitor badges and maintaining accurate logbooks
- enforcing building access control procedures
- responding to emergency situations including contacting police or fire departments as needed
- operating two-way radio and general announcing system
