  • previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • assist with customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
  • provide general administrative support, including managing appointments and maintaining a clean, organized front desk
  • coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
