Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of experience in customer service or receptionist role
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and stay organized
  • comfortable with animals and pets
  • physically able to perform active duties including walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • reliable transportation for work attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • at least one year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person
  • strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • strong verbal and written communication with a focus on exceptional customer service
  • ability to multitask and stay organized
  • comfortable working around animals and pets
  • active role including walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards

Job Duties

  • Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately
  • greet visitors and assist with check-in and directions
  • receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • prepare outgoing mail
  • maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents
  • support clerical duties and office functions as assigned
