Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Experience with telephone systems and call transferring
- Capability to escort visitors when necessary
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in reception area
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Part-time availability on specified shift schedule

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Proficiency in operating office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines
- Basic computer skills including email correspondence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor
- Strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Acknowledge all visitors, family members, residents with friendly and helpful demeanor
- Answer telephones and transfer calls to respective departments
- Display excellent customer service skills in all interactions with residents, visitors, and staff members
- Escort people, if necessary, to resident rooms and other areas
- Promote positive public image through professional appearance, professional positive attitude and interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and reception areas
- Contact the nursing staff if a resident has any nursing needs
- Assist with mail sorting for residents and facility
- Operate the copier, scanner, and fax machines
- Send and receive emails
- Schedule transportation requests for facility van for resident appointments
- Create various types of documents for daily functions
