Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Ability to work part-time NOC shift on Sunday and Monday
- Willingness to undergo background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing if applicable
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Must be dependable and detail-oriented
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable working around animals and pets
- Active role requiring walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately
- Greet visitors and assist with check-in and directions
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents
- Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned
