Job Requirements
- One or more years of previous experience as a customer service representative preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
- All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug testing

Job Duties
- Greets customers, obtaining all pertinent customer, vehicle and insurance information
- Introduces customer to estimator on a rotating basis
- Ensures that each customer is informed of the details or repair, including scheduling time and procedures, labor rate differences, insurance company requirements, payment procedures and all applicable warranties
- Assist estimators in scheduling appointments for incoming jobs
- Maintain an appointment log to ensure accurate appointment scheduling
- Maintain regular customer contact prior to appointment date and time
- Ensure that all necessary parts have arrived on day prior to appointment
- Monitor status of each job in process
- Follow up with each customer every 48 hours or as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Document pertinent information regarding repairs and conversations with customers in Car Trac system
- Assist customers with insurance questions and issues and resolve when possible
