- six months of receptionist experience preferred
- valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- successful completion of pre-employment screening

Job Duties
- arrive punctually and inform supervisor immediately of any planned or unplanned absences
- greet visitors, determine their needs and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort
- operate a multi-line phone including answering all incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner, transfer calls to the appropriate person or department quickly, or operating the dealership paging system, calls individuals to the phone
- minimize the time callers are on hold and checks back with them frequently to ensure they wish to continue holding
- take detailed messages when call cannot be completed
- including caller’s name, telephone number, time of call, and information requested, and delivers to appropriate party in a timely manner
- develop knowledge of basic dealership information in order to respond to callers who have general inquires
- notify appropriate personnel of any problems with phone system
- oversee the visitor sign-in and security process
- maintain conference room reservation schedule
- adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule
- demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Mac Haik Automotive group brand
- effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
- other duties as assigned
