Job Requirements

  • Must have phone operator or front desk receptionist experience
  • good communication skills
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • ability to work flexible schedule including mid-day, evening, and weekend shifts
  • must be reliable, punctual, and professional
  • must be able to pass background and drug screening
  • Excel and Microsoft Word experience preferred
  • bilingual preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a phone operator or front desk receptionist
  • good communication skills
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
  • bilingual skills a plus
  • previous automotive or dealership experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage high inbound call volume on a multi-line phone system
  • greet and assist visitors professionally
  • provide accurate information to customers and staff
  • maintain a cheerful and positive telephone manner
  • schedule appointments and handle administrative tasks
  • maintain front desk appearance and organization
  • support team members with day-to-day operations
