Job Requirements
- Must have phone operator or front desk receptionist experience
- good communication skills
- professional appearance and demeanor
- ability to work flexible schedule including mid-day, evening, and weekend shifts
- must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- must be able to pass background and drug screening
- Excel and Microsoft Word experience preferred
- bilingual preferred but not required

- Previous experience as a phone operator or front desk receptionist

Job Duties
- Manage high inbound call volume on a multi-line phone system
- greet and assist visitors professionally
- provide accurate information to customers and staff
- maintain a cheerful and positive telephone manner
- schedule appointments and handle administrative tasks
- maintain front desk appearance and organization
- support team members with day-to-day operations
