Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for entire work shift
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 32 pounds, rarely 50 pounds
- Fine motor coordination and depth perception
- Ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- One or more years experience in customer or patient-facing roles

Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
- Report to the center management team to identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
- Initiate changes to center processes through company approved procedures
