Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in receptionist or customer service role preferred
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- reliable and punctual
- must pass background check MVR check and drug screening
- able to lift or move items up to 25 lbs occasionally
- availability to work part-time within dealership business hours Monday through Saturday
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist administrative assistant or customer service role preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- proficient in basic office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Word Excel
- reliable punctual and team-oriented with a willingness to assist where needed
- must pass pre-employment background check Motor Vehicle Record MVR check and drug screening
Job Duties
- Greet customers and visitors warmly ensuring a positive and professional first impression
- answer screen and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and take and relay accurate messages
- respond to general inquiries and route customers to appropriate departments such as sales service or finance
- handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- maintain a clean safe and organized reception area in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
- perform general clerical duties including filing faxing copying and managing office supplies
- operate and monitor dealership telecommunications and security systems as required
- support internal departments with administrative tasks as assigned
- perform other duties as assigned to assist with overall dealership operations
