Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • reliable and punctual
  • must pass background check MVR check and drug screening
  • able to lift or move items up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • availability to work part-time within dealership business hours Monday through Saturday

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist administrative assistant or customer service role preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
  • proficient in basic office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Word Excel
  • reliable punctual and team-oriented with a willingness to assist where needed
  • must pass pre-employment background check Motor Vehicle Record MVR check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and visitors warmly ensuring a positive and professional first impression
  • answer screen and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and take and relay accurate messages
  • respond to general inquiries and route customers to appropriate departments such as sales service or finance
  • handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
  • maintain a clean safe and organized reception area in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
  • perform general clerical duties including filing faxing copying and managing office supplies
  • operate and monitor dealership telecommunications and security systems as required
  • support internal departments with administrative tasks as assigned
  • perform other duties as assigned to assist with overall dealership operations
