Job Requirements

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Willing to work flexible hours including Saturdays, some Sundays and closing shifts
  • Able to pass a complete background check and drug test

Job Qualifications

  • Receptionist or administrative assistant experience is required - 1+ years
  • Ability to file and retrieve records accurately
  • Experienced using Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Professional appearance
  • Integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn, receptive to new ideas
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image
  • Assist with administrative duties which include keeping accurate records
  • Organizing files and records
  • Managing dealer tags and inventory vehicle keys
