Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of public interaction experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Comfort with animals in the workplace
- Physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation for punctual attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person
- Strong computer skills especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable working around animals and pets
- Ability to perform active role duties including walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
Job Duties
- Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately
- Greet visitors and assist with check-in and directions
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents
- Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned
