Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Coordinate communication between different departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about dealership services
  • Maintain an organized and clean reception area
