Job Duties
- Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk area
- receive and distribute mail, packages, and internal correspondence
- support dealership departments as needed with clerical or customer-facing tasks
