Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
  • ability to work onsite during assigned shifts
  • attentiveness to detail
  • flexibility and self-motivation
  • good critical thinking skills
  • valid driver’s license
  • safe driving record
  • own vehicle and insurance

  • Professional demeanor and outstanding character
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • superior organizational and clerical skills
  • strong technical skills, including experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • valid driver’s license, safe driving record, own vehicle, and insurance

Job Duties

  • Greeting clients, visitors, and colleagues with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • answering, screening, and transferring calls
  • preparing and maintaining the conference rooms
  • proofreading documents with use of proper grammar and punctuation
  • revising, scanning, and filing electronic and paper documents
  • accepting and distributing incoming mail and packages
  • maintaining the reception and bar areas including restocking supplies as needed
  • providing general office and clerical support as assigned
  • occasional courier errands to deliver packages/documents or pick up orders and supplies
