Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Open availability including weekends
  • Ability to work under fast-paced conditions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous receptionist experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers who enter the showroom
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
  • Assist the Office Manager and General Manager with various clerical duties
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Manage scheduling and appointments as needed
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
  • Provide support to other departments when necessary
