Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors to the dealership
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments for service and sales
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
- Provide information and support to customers regarding dealership services and products
