Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be able to work 15-20 hours per week with daytime availability
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to use a multi-line phone system
  • basic computer proficiency
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • willingness to undergo background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist or related experience is preferred, but not necessary
  • great communicator
  • listens and conveys information effectively
  • cooperative, helpful and connects with others seamlessly
  • ability to multitask with high attention to detail
  • basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) preferred
  • must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors as they arrive
  • provide general information and connect them with appropriate staff member for further assistance
  • manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally and striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
  • communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
  • clerical duties such as scanning and filing as needed
