Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post high school clerical training preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in administrative business office functions
- Proficient in software usage for clerical tasks
- Ability to manage and maintain office supplies
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Answers the telephone and direct calls appropriately
- Provides clerical support on an as needed basis
- Responsible for tracking, ordering and distribution of all office supplies
- Maintains a list of needed supplies which will be purchased weekly to ensure sufficient supply levels
- Responsible for ensuring that the copiers and other office equipment receive regular and unexpected maintenance in a timely manner
- Greets customers and visitors warmly
- Provides internal directions and supports the Bistro as needed
