- previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field preferred
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- good time management skills
- experience with administrative and clerical procedures

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- announce visitors to the appropriate person or department
- answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
- receive deliveries
- sort and distribute incoming mail
- take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- schedule appointments and update calendar
