Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • good time management skills
  • experience with administrative and clerical procedures
  • ability to work both full-time and part-time as needed
  • positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • announce visitors to the appropriate person or department
  • answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
  • receive deliveries
  • sort and distribute incoming mail
  • take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • schedule appointments and update calendar
