Job Duties

  • answer calls with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills while directing them or gathering information for follow-up
  • act as a brand ambassador representing the business
  • perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective processes
  • maintain an organized and fast-paced work environment
  • manage scheduling and communication using Microsoft Office
  • uphold a high level of customer service consistently
