Job Duties
- welcome clients with a hospitable and professional demeanor to create a luxury experience
- answer calls with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills while directing them or gathering information for follow-up

- perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective processes
- maintain an organized and fast-paced work environment
- manage scheduling and communication using Microsoft Office
- uphold a high level of customer service consistently
