Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in customer service, security, or hospitality
- Fluency in English
- Ability to communicate professionally in both spoken and written forms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as walking and carrying small packages
- Ability to cover multiple lobby buildings
- Positive attitude and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years of previous customer service, security, or hospitality-related experience
- People person with excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities
- Excellent communicator with fluency in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as carrying small packages
- Ability to walk and cover 4 different lobby buildings
- Military service or college education in facilities, property, business or related (preferred)
- Two (2)+ years of administrative/facilities experience supporting multiple people preferably in commercial real estate (preferred)
Job Duties
- Welcome and assist guests
- Serve as central information hub
- Maintain professional front desk operations
- Execute badging and access control
- Proactively collaborate across teams
- Manage work orders and escalate issues
- Provide exceptional customer service
