Job Duties

Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit
direct customers to the correct department and notify appropriate personnel
introduce customers to salespeople
answer incoming phone calls
direct callers or take messages
communicate professionally with callers and visitors
relay messages promptly to appropriate parties
type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
assist service customers during busy times
perform clerical duties as requested
maintain a professional appearance
perform other tasks as assigned
