Job Duties
- Answering and routing all incoming phone calls for Omega CDC
- Greeting all visitors and clients and directing them appropriately
- Taking and delivering detailed messages and ensuring they are received in a timely manner via email
- Checking voicemails throughout the day and emailing messages to recipients
- Supporting security of the building by following proper entrance and exit procedures for all visitors
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Supporting teams by scanning and printing documents
- Completing daily supply checks and reporting needs to the Office Manager
- Ordering food as needed for meetings and events
- Conducting daily janitorial walkthroughs and reporting them to the Facilities Supervisor
- Opening and closing the building and ensuring doors are locked, lights and equipment are turned off
- Restocking the kitchen and cleaning out the refrigerator weekly
