Job Requirements
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Must pass drug screening
- Availability Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Ability to perform typing and data entry
- Strong communication skills
- Pleasant and welcoming personality
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in receptionist or administrative roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Self-motivated and organized
Job Duties
- Greet customers courteously upon arrival
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
- Perform typing and data entry tasks
- Manage organizational and administrative duties
- Maintain a welcoming and pleasant demeanor with customers
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel for various tasks
- Support daily front desk operations
