Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug screening
  • Availability to work Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in automotive or finance administrative roles preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency with inventory tracking and documentation
  • Familiarity with finance and loan paperwork
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee and organize customer files
  • Maintain confidential customer and company information
  • Track inventory stock and inbound vehicles
  • Prepare inventory folders
  • Establish and maintain strong relations with accounting, sales, and managers
  • Maintain accurate daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end folders
  • Maintain professional demeanor and appearance
  • Keep work area organized
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with company values in all interactions
  • Ensure all car deals are ready for the accounting office
  • Verify payoffs and insurance coverage
  • Assist finance personnel with phone calls and customers
  • Check and verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
  • Verify bank approval on financed and leased deals
  • Understand programs and rate options offered by lenders
  • Work well independently
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by manager
