Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screening
- Availability to work Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

- Previous experience in automotive or finance administrative roles preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Proficiency with inventory tracking and documentation
- Familiarity with finance and loan paperwork
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Duties
- Oversee and organize customer files
- Maintain confidential customer and company information
- Track inventory stock and inbound vehicles
- Prepare inventory folders
- Establish and maintain strong relations with accounting, sales, and managers
- Maintain accurate daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end folders
- Maintain professional demeanor and appearance
- Keep work area organized
- Perform other job duties as assigned
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with company values in all interactions
- Ensure all car deals are ready for the accounting office
- Verify payoffs and insurance coverage
- Assist finance personnel with phone calls and customers
- Check and verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
- Verify bank approval on financed and leased deals
- Understand programs and rate options offered by lenders
- Work well independently
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by manager
