Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week with availability Monday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Previous receptionist or related experience preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Job Duties
- Greet visitors as they arrive, provide general information and connect them with appropriate staff member for further assistance
- Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally and striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
- Perform clerical duties such as scanning and filing as needed
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage visitor logs
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required
