Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work 15-20 hours per week with availability Monday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
  • Previous receptionist or related experience preferred but not required
  • Basic computer skills preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors as they arrive, provide general information and connect them with appropriate staff member for further assistance
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally and striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
  • Communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
  • Perform clerical duties such as scanning and filing as needed
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage visitor logs
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required
