Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
- be 18 years or older
- ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- ability to use computers and reservation software
- good interpersonal and communication skills

- willingness to work irregular hours
Job Duties
- Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
- utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
- lift and load customers' bags onto the belt and manage baggage handling
- load, unload and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely
- operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport baggage
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- accommodate variable shift schedules including extended hours, weekends, and holidays
